  • Identifying Root Causes: I’ll help you discover the underlying beliefs and experiences that contribute to perfectionism. If any trauma emerges, we will pace our work and incorporate safeguards.

  • Radical Self-Compassion: High-achievers often use a strong inner critic as motivation or intellectualization as a means of coping and, while this has been useful, it is damaging. I’ll encourage radical acceptance and self-compassion as we increase tolerance of mediocracy and failure.

  • Clarifying Core Values: Asking you to tolerate mediocracy and failure is scary, I know. We will confront this fear by identifying your core values and letting those values lead your decision-making, allowing you to live your life in alignment as your most authentic self.

  • Balancing Achievement and Well-being: We’ll find a balance between a drive for achievement and emotional well-being, promoting a more sustainable approach to setting boundaries, finding inner peace, and making values-based decisions.
