Support for Identity Transition: The transition to motherhood can lead to feelings of loss or identity conflict. I’m here to help navigate these changes, integrating your new role while honoring your past self. If this is impacting your relationship with your partner, I offer couples therapy.
Breaking the Cycle: For some, anxiety and OCD can be rooted in generational patterns. There is a way to do things differently and I’ll provide a space to find where these patterns come from and a path to parent in your own authentic way.
Coping Strategies: I love to integrate practical coping tools and techniques to (1) balance the deeper work we’re doing and (2) to start feeling a difference more quickly.
